Regular Registration, on or after January 1, 2026
Refund policy for conference registration fees: LERMA will approve the refund of conference registration fees through August 15, 2025, minus a 5% refund processing fee. After August 15, 2025, LERMA will not approve refunds of conference registration fees, but will approve the transfer of the conference registration to another LERMA member at no additional cost. LERMA will not approve any registration transfers after September 12, 2025.
Lodging refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the host hotel.
