Karpel & New World Interface

Hello –

We were “sold” on the interface when introduced to Karpel, so we had the New World-to-Karpel Interface installed.

If you have New World and Karpel Interface, could you send me an email. I’d like to start a group email as we are working out “kinks” with the interface on both sides and we can share any tips or questions that others have. My email is tshoemaker@allegancounty.org.

Our department uses CORE for RMS; I have no knowledge of New World. I think Karpel has been great for us, but it takes some getting used to and I have found that we needed to make some changes on our end, that would benefit and made sense to our Prosecutor’s Office. The key for us was to work together with them, discuss the challenges and needs, then create a best practice so that all agencies were getting the same information.
