Does anyone use GovTransfer for FOIA requests? If so, has it been a positive experience? Are there any other recommendations for FOIA software programs?

We do not use GovTransfer, we use WebTecs. I believe Kent County uses it as well. It’s pretty basic and extremely user friendly!
