Our department uses CORE for RMS; I have no knowledge of New World. I think Karpel has been great for us, but it takes some getting used to and I have found that we needed to make some changes on our end, that would benefit and made sense to our Prosecutor’s Office. The key for us was to work together with them, discuss the challenges and needs, then create a best practice so that all agencies were getting the same information.
