WHO SHOULD ATTEND LERMACON?
LERMA exists to bring records professionals together to increase their knowledge and efficiency. LERMACON welcomes all employees of Michigan law enforcement agencies and encourages all records professionals to attend LERMACON. As the premier professional development opportunity for law enforcement records professionals in Michigan, civilian and enlisted members whose routine job duties include law enforcement records are encouraged to attend LERMACON. LERMA also provides education and training regarding the legislative process, health and wellness, and more.
Attendees must be an employee of a LERMA member agency to register for LERMACON.

LERMACON is the only Michigan-specific law enforcement records conference. Attendees will experience solution series where the programming will focus on efficiency and best practices that can be brought back and applied in the real word. Attendees will participate in multiple general sessions where relevant topics will be explored in-depth and a robust breakout series will ensure all attendees have the opportunity to receive the latest legal and policy updates directly from subject matter experts.
