OLD BUSINESS:
ELECTIONS FOR 2009/2010 BOARD POSITIONS
Ballots were passed out to the membership for elections of
officers for the following positions: President, Vice President,
Secretary, Treasurer and Parliamentarian. These positions are
all 2-year terms. Kathy Kantarian to announce election results
after ballots have been tabulated.
NEW BUSINESS:
Vice-President Pam Mayer, stepping down as Vice-President,
was presented with a token of appreciation from the membership
for 14 years of service to the association as Vice-President.
ADJOURNMENT:
Chief David Molloy welcomed the LERMA membership and the
meeting was concluded at 9:03 a.m. with the introduction of Tom
Quasarano from the Attorney General’s Office for the Freedom of
Information Act update.
